外剥内扎加内括约肌部分切断术治疗环状混合痔的临床观察

为探讨外剥内扎加内括约肌部分切断术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效，将180例环状混合痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各90例，治疗组采用外剥内扎加内括约肌部分切断术治疗，对照组采用传统的外剥内扎术治疗，对疗效进行对比分析。结果显示，两组患者均一次手术治愈；但在术后创面愈合时间、肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿程度等方面，治疗组明显优于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，外剥内扎加内括约肌部分切断术治疗环状混合痔，具有术式设计合理、操作简便、疗程短、并发症少、疗效确切等优点。

The Procedure of External Dissection and Internal Ligation plus Partial Incision of Internal Sphincter in the Treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

The 180 patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids were random divided into treatment group and controlled group（90 cases, each group） , which both groups respectively received external dissection and internal ligation plus partial incision of internal sphincter,and routine external dissection and internal ligation,then their curative effects were compared each other, so as to evaluate the former procedure for the hemorrhoids. As results,the patients of both groups were all cured primarily,but in postoperative wound healing time, anal pain and edema of anal edge, etc, treatment group was significantly superior to controlled group（ P 〈0.05）. Results show that the former procedure has such advantages as rational design of procedure, simple manipulation, shorter treatment course, less complication and certain therapeutic effect, etc.
