挂旷切除缝合法治疗高位复杂性肛瘘疗效观察

为探讨高位复杂性肛瘘的有效手术方法，将高位复杂性肛瘘43例分成治疗组23例和对照组20例。治疗组采用挂旷切除缝合术，对照组采用切开挂线术开放引流法。结果显示，治疗组治愈率为100％，对照组为75％（P〈0.01），治疗组疗程短，后遗症少。结果表明，挂旷切除缝合法是治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的有效方法。

Therapeutic Observation on the Combined Procedure of Thread-drawing,Exclusion, Resection and Suture in the Treament of High Complicated Anal Fistula

The objective of the study was to explore a new surgical procedure and observe its therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of high complicated anal fistula. Forty three patients were divided into two groups,patients in the study group（ n =23） underwent the combined procedure of thread-drawing, exclusion, resection and suture, while patients in the control group （ n = 20） underwent incision, thread-drawing and open drainage. Results showed that the cure rate in the study group was 100%, while that in the con- trol group was 75%（ P〈0.01）;and the treatment course and sequela were shorter and less in the study group. It is concluded that the new surgical combined procedure is an effective one in the treatment of high complicated anal fistula.
