经肛三步疗法治疗直肠前突50例临床观察

为探索经肛手术治疗直肠前突的有效方法，采用经肛直肠前突绕钳切除缝合术、括约肌松解术和消痔灵注射术三步疗法治疗直肠前突患者50例。结果显示，术后随访0．5～2年，痊愈35例（70％），显效8例（16％），好转3例（6％），无效4例（8％）。结果表明，经肛三步疗法治疗直肠前突，操作简便，术后痛苦小，症状消失快，远期疗效好。

Via Anus Three-step Therapy in the Treatment of Rectocele in 50 Patients

The amin of this study was to search for more effective via anus therapy for rectocele. The 50 patients were subjected to the three-step therapy（including via anus twining forceps resection ＆ suture for reetocele,relaxing sphincter and injecting Xiaozhiling Injection）. The outcomes were as 35 cases（70%） cured,8（16%） got excellent effect,3（6%） improved non-response in 4（8%） through the follow-up of 0. 5- 2 years. These results show that the three-step therapy has such advantages as simples manipulation,less postoperative pain, faster disapperance of symptom and better long-term curative effect in the treatment of rectocele.
