| 摘 要： | 为探讨自控硬膜外镇痛（PCEA）联合亚甲蓝局部注射用于肛肠病手术后镇痛的临床疗效，将80例肛肠病手术患者随机分为A、B两组；A组采用PCEA，B组采用PCEA联合亚甲蓝局部注射。结果显示，B组镇痛效果明显优于A组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，PCEA联合亚甲蓝局部注射用于肛肠病手术后镇痛，具有操作简便、安全有效、副作用小的优点，不失为肛肠病手术后镇痛的好方法，值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | The objective of the study was to observe the clinical analgesic efficacy of pump of calculated extradural analgesia（PCEA） plus local injection of methylene blue（LIMB） after operation for anorectal diseases. Eighty patients who had undergone anorectal operations were randomised into two groups, patients in the A group received PCEA, while patients in the B group received PCEA and LIMB. As results, the analgesic efficacy in group B was notably better than that in group A（ P 〈0.05）. It is concluded that PCEA plus LIMB is a better analgesic therapy in terms of simple manipulation, better efficacy, safety and less complication. |
