改良外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效

为探讨改良外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效，将116例环状混合痔患者随机分为两组，各58例，一组采用改良外剥内扎术（外剥内扎痔核悬吊加括约肌部分切断术）治疗（治疗组），一组采用传统外剥内扎术治疗（对照组），对比观察两组患者疗效。结果显示，两组患者治愈率差异无统计学意义，P〉0．05；但治疗组创口愈合比对照组快，且术后并发症发生率比对照组低，P〈0．05。结果表明，改良外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔疗效优于传统外剥内扎术。

Therapeutic Efficacy of the Improved External Dissection and Internal Ligation in the Treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

The objective of the study was to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of lhe improved external dissection and internal ligation （EDIL） in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids（CMH）. One hundred and sixteen patients with CMH were randomized into two groups,patients in the study group（ n =58） underwent improved EDIL,while patients in the control group underwent traditional EDIL（EDIL without suspension and partial sphincter incision）. As results, there was no statistically difference in cure rate in the two groups（ P 〉0.05）, but wound healing was quicker and postoperative complications were less in the study group（ P 〈0.05）. It is concluded that the improved EDIL can ensure a better therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of CMH.
