手术配合中药内服外用治疗内痔148例

为观察手术结合中药内服、外用治疗内痔的临床效果，对148例内痔采用痔上动脉高位结扎固定术、内痔结扎辅以中药内服、外洗坐浴和速效消炎生肌膏外敷。结果显示，148例患者一次性治愈，术后无出血、疼痛、感染，肛门功能正常。结果表明，痔上动脉高位结扎固定术配合中药内服、外用治疗内痔效果明显，疗程短，无并发症。

Operation Assisted with External and Internal Use of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Internal Hemorrhoids of 148 Cases

The aim of this study was to observe the clinical effect of operation assisted with external and internal use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids. The 148 cases received high-site ligation ＆ fixation at super-hemorrhoids artery,internal ligation for internal hemorrhoids,and assisted with oral administration, external washing ＆ sitz bath by using traditional Chinese medicine plus dressing rapid-acting anti-inflammatory ointment for promoting tissue regeneration. As results, the 148 cases were all cured primarily, and no postoperative bleeding, pain and infection were found,also the function of anus was normal. Results show that above combined therapy is of certain curative effect, shorter treatment course, and without complication.
