| 摘 要： | 为对比气囊反馈疗法配合电针与单纯电针治疗盆底肌痉挛性便秘的疗效，观察组采用气囊反馈疗法配合电针治疗盆底肌痉挛性便秘38例．并与单纯电针治疗36（对照组）进行比较。结果显示．观察组有效率为97．49%，对照组为55．6％（P〈0．01）。结果表明．气囊反馈疗法配合电针治疗盆底肌痉挛性便秘效果优于单纯电针治疗。

| Abstract: | Thirtyeight patients with spastic constipation underwenl electric acupuncture plus balloon feedback therapy（EABFT） （ the study group）, 36 palient s with the same disease underwent elect ric acupuncture treatment only（the control group）,thus the comparison of therapeutic effects of both therapies was made. Results showed that the improvement rate in the study group was 97.4%.while that in the control group was 55. 654 （ P 〈0.01）. It is concluded that EABFT can ensure a belier therapeutic outcome in the treatment of spastic constipation. |
