护患结合的心理护理模式在大肠癌临床护理中的应用

为探讨护患结合的心理护理模式在大肠癌临床护理中的应用价值，将大肠癌172例随机分成两组，接受护患结合心理护理模式护理的病例为观察组，接受一般心理护理模式护理的病例为对照组。分别对其中低位直肠癌患者因害怕永久性人工肛门而拒绝手术治疗的人数，以及因不能耐受严重呕吐等化疗反应而未完成常规疗程的人数进行对比分析。结果显示，观察组对医疗护理的配合程度高于对照组，不能完成化疗疗程者少于对照组。结果表明，护患结合的心理护理模式能提高大肠癌患者心理护理的效果。

Application of the Nurse-patient Co-operative Psychologic Nursing Care in the Clinical Nursing of Colorectal Carcinoma

The objective of the study was to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the nurse-patients co-operative psychologic nursing eare（NPCPNC） in the nursing of colorectal carcinoma（CC）. One hundred and seventy two patients with CC were randomised into two groups, the patients who had received NPCPNC were included in the trial group, while the patients received general psychologic and nursing care in the control group. Patients and their numbers who had refused surgical treatment due to the fact of artificial anus in low rectal carcinoma and who had interrupted their chemical treatment due to the intolerance of severe vomiting etc. chemotherapy reaction in the two groups were compared and analyzed. As results, patients in the trial group were more co-operative than in the control group, and the number who could not continue with their chemical treatment in the trial group was also less. It is concluded that the NPCPNC can enhance the efficacy of psychologic care.
