中西医结合综合疗法治疗慢传输型便秘的临床疗效

为探讨中西医结合综合疗法治疗慢传输型便秘的临床疗效，回顾分析53例慢传输型便秘患者的资料，其中32例采用口服中药汤剂和胃肠动力药、中药液灌肠、穴位贴药、耳穴疗法等治疗（治疗组）；21例采用口服中药汤剂及胃肠动力药治疗（对照组）。结果显示，治疗组临床痊愈3例，显效7例，有效15例，无效7例，总有效率为78．1％；对照组临床痊愈1例，显效3例，有效8例，无效9例，总有效率为57．1％。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组，P〈0．01。治疗后治疗组排便间隔时间和排便时间均明显少于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，采用口服中药汤剂和胃肠动力药、中药液灌肠、穴位贴药、耳穴疗法等中西医结合综合疗法治疗慢传输型便秘是一种有效的方法。

Therapeutic Efficacy of the Combined Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in the Treatment Of Slow Transit Constipation

The objective of the study was to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of the combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of slow transit constipation（STC）. The clinical data of 53 patients with STC were analyzed retrospectively. Of the 53 cases, 32 received the combined therapy of oral decoction, gastrointestinal dynamic drug, enema with traditional Chinese drug decoction,point plaster drug and aurical-point therapy（the study group）,while 21 patients received oral decoction and gastrointestinal dynamic drug（the control group）. As results, the cured-case number, the markedly improved-case number,the improved-case number and non-improved-case number in the study group was 3,7,15 and 7,respectively,with a general effective rate of 78.1 %;while that in the control group was 1,3, 8 and 9,respectively,with a general effective rate of 57. 1 % （ P 〈0.01）. And the defecation interval time and defecation time were shorter in the study group than that in the control group（ P 〈0.05）. It is concluded that the combined therpay is an effective therapy in the treatment of STC.
