| 摘 要： | 为探讨PPH加断桥缝合术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效，我们对采用PPH加断桥缝合术治疗（治疗组）与单纯外剥内扎手术治疗（对照组）的环状混合痔患者各38例的临床疗效进行对比分析。结果显示，两组患者术后总有效率均为100％，但治疗组手术时间、住院天数、恢复工作时间明显短于对照组，P〈0．01，患者满意度明显高于对照组，P〈0．05;术后并发症明显少于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，PPH加断桥缝合术是治疗环状混合痔的理想术式，能够显著提高患者的满意度。

| Abstract: | In order to discuss the clinical application of PPH with skin bridge incision and suture in treating circumferential mixed hemorrhoids,authors compared the clinical effect of 38 patients treated with PPH combined with skin bridge incision and suture and 38 patients treated with dissection for external hemorrhoids and ligation for internal hemorrhoids. As results, total effective rate all 100% in two group, there was significant differences at the operation time, postoperation time in hospital, recovery work time be- tween two groups（ P 〈0.01）,in the satisfactory extent the former was significantly higher than the later group（ P 〈0.05）,in postoperative complication, less than the later group（ P 〈0. 05）. Results show that PPH combined with skin bridge incision and suture is a relative ideally procedure which can enhance the patients satisfaction. |
