运脾颗粒对慢传输型便秘患者结肠动力的影响

为探讨运脾颗粒对慢传输型便秘患者结肠动力的影响，观察其临床疗效，选择116例慢传输型便秘患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，各58例。治疗组予运脾颗粒治疗，对照组予肠动力药枸橼酸莫沙必利片剂治疗。两组均以30d为一疗程。观察两组治疗前后48h、72h结肠传输试验结果及治疗前后症状积分，统计药物不良反应。结果显示，治疗组总有效率（91．4％）明显高于对照组（75．9％），P〈0．05；治疗组治疗后结肠传输功能和症状改善均优于对照组，P〈0．05；治疗组治疗过程中无不良反应，对照组仅见轻度胃肠道反应，均未影响治疗。结果表明，运脾颗粒能有效改善胃肠动力，是治疗慢传输型便秘的安全有效药物。

Effect of Granule for Activating Spleen on Colonic Dynamics in Patients with Slow Transit Constipation

The objective of the study was to assess the therapeutic efficacy of Granules for activating spleen （GAS） and colonic dynamics in patients with slow transit constipation（STC）. One hundred and sixteen patients with STC were evenly randomized into two groups, patients in the study group received GAS treatment （ n =58） and patients in the control group Mosapride citrate（ n =58） ,their treatment course were all 30 days in the two groups. The transit experiment results of colon before and after treatment in 48h, 72h and the symptoms score,drug side reaction of both group were observed. As results, the general improvement rate was 91.4% and 75.9% respectively in the study and control groups（ P 〈0.05） ;the colonic transit function and symptoms were more improved in the study group than in the control group（ P 〈0.05） and no adverse reaction was noticed in the study group and only slight gastrointestinal reaction was noticed in the control group. It is concluded that GAS can effectively improve gastrointestinal dynamics and is a safe and effective drug for STC.
