| 摘 要： | 为观察复方角菜酸酯栓治疗婴幼儿肛裂的临床疗效，对125例婴幼儿肛裂患儿分别应用复方角菜酸酯栓62例（观察组）和红霉素软膏63例（对照组）进行临床观察。结果显示．治疗1周和2周后，观察组患儿治愈率、好转率及总有效率（67．7％、25．8％、93．5%、98．4％、1．61％和100％）明显高于对照组（42．9％、22．2％、65．1％、50．8％、17．5％和68．3％）（P均〈0．01）。结果表明．复方角菜酸酯栓治疗婴幼儿肛裂疗效显著。使用方便，无不良反应。

| Abstract: | The objective of this study was to observe the therapeutic efficacy of compound titanoreine sup pository in the treatment of anal fissure of infant. One hundred and twenty five infant with anal fissure were divided into two groups,patients in the study group（ n =62） received compound titanoreine suppository treatment,while patients in the control group（ n =63） received Erythromycin ointment. As results, the cure rate,improvement rate and cure plus improvement rate after one and two weeks of treatment in the study group were 67.7%,25.8%,93.5% and 98.4%,1.61%,100% ;while that in the control group were ,12.9%,22.2%,65. 1% and 50.8%,17, 5%,68.3%（ P 〈0.01）. It is concluded that compound titanoreine suppository can ensure a notable therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of anal fissure in infant and has no adverse reaction. |
