布托啡诺复合丙泊酚用于无痛肠镜检查的临床观察及护理

为探讨在肠镜检查中安全有效的麻醉方法，将120例行肠镜检查的患者随机分为3组，每组40例，A组单纯给予丙泊酚静脉注射，B组先静脉注射芬太尼后静脉注射丙泊酚，C组先静脉注射布托啡诺后静脉注射丙泊酚，对MAP、HR、SpO2变化，术后清醒时间，丙泊酚的用药总量及术后不良反应进行对比观察。结果显示，C组明显优于A、B两组。结果表明，小剂量布托啡诺复合丙泊酚用于肠镜检查，镇痛效果确切，不良反应率较低，在临床上应用是安全可行的。

Butorphanol Associated with Propofol Used in Painless Enteroscopy.Clinical Observation and Nursing

The objective of this study was to search out safe and effective anesthesia method for enteroscopy. Hundred-twenty cases to be received enteroseopy were random divided into three groups（40 cases each group）.A,B, C group. A group was alone administered propofol intravenously; 13 group firstly Fentanyl, seeondaryly propofol intravenously; C group firstly Butophanol, secondaryly propofol intravenously. Then MAP, HR, SpO2 were detected, postoperative conscious time, total dosage of propofol and postoperative adverse reaction were observed in three groups, finally above indexes were compared each other among the 3 groups. As results,C group was greatly superior to A,B group. Results show that less dosage of butrophanol associated with propofol used in enteroscopy has certain efficacy and lower incidence of adverse reaction, and its clinical application is thus feasible.
