血浆K—ras基因突变与结直肠癌相关性研究 |

摘 要: | 为探讨血浆K—ras基因突变在结直肠癌诊断中的价值,对42例结直肠癌患者血浆、肿瘤组织及20名健康体检者血浆中K—ras基因水平进行检测,并分析结直肠癌患者血浆及肿瘤组织中K—ras基因突变与临床病理参数之间的关系。结果显示,42例结直肠癌患者血浆K—ras基因突变17例(40.48%),肿瘤组织Kras基因突变19例(45.24%);对照组血浆无K—ras基因突变。血浆与肿瘤组织中Kras基因突变率有较高的一致性,一致率为95.2%。结直肠癌患者与健康体检者血浆K—ras基因突变率比较差异有统计学意义,x2=34.57,Pd0.001。结直肠癌患者K—ras基因突变率与肿瘤发生部位、分化程度、Dukes分期、淋巴结转移情况无关,P〉0.05。结果表明,K—ras基因突变属于结直肠癌发生的早期基因改变,检测血浆K—ras基因突变在结直肠癌早期诊断方面具有一定价值。

Abstract: | The objecitve of the study was to explore the value of plasma K-ras gene mutation for diagnosing the colorectal cancer. The K-ras gene levels of plasma and neoplasms tissue of 42 colorectal cancer patient, and plasma of 20 normal subjects were detected,the relationship of detected level data and clinical patho- logical parameters was also analysed. As results,among the 42 patients there were K-ras gene mutation of plasma in 17 cases(40.48%),of neoplasms tissue in 19 cases(45.24%) ;there was no the mutation in plas- ma of controlled group;the mutation rate of plasma accorded with that of neoplasms tissue higherly(95. 2 %);while the difference in plasma K-ras gene mutation rate between patients and controlled group had significant significance ( x 2 =34.57, P 〈0. 001);the mutation rate of patients was not related with neo- plasms formation-site, differentiation extent, Duke's staging, metastasis of lymph node ( P 〉0.05). Results show that K-ras gene mutation belongs to the early ones of coloreetal cancer-genesis, thus detecting plasma K-ras gene mutation has certain value for early diagnosing colorectal cancer. |
