改良术式治疗急性嵌顿环状混合痔的临床观察

为探讨治疗急性嵌顿环状混合痔的手术方法及效果，将急性嵌顿环状混合痔患者100例随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例，治疗组采用高低交错剥扎加潜行旁剥缝合术治疗，对照组采用传统外切内扎术治疗，并对两组患者术后的创口愈合时间、术后疼痛、水肿、肛门狭窄、尿潴留等进行观察比较。结果显示，上述观察指标治疗组明显优于对照组。结果表明，急性嵌顿环状混合痔采用高低交错剥扎加潜行旁剥缝合术能迅速减轻患者痛苦，疗效确切，无明显并发症。

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Efficacy of Improved Surgical Procedures in the Treatment of Acute Incarcerated Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

The objective of the study was to observe the therapeutic efficacy of two surgical proceaures in the treatment of acute incarcerated circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. One hundred patients with this disease were evenly randomised into two groups, the study group received the improved procedure,i, e high and low interdigitating dissection ＆ ligation plus undermined,by-pass dissection ＆ suture;the controlled group,routine extra-dissection ＆ intra-ligation procedure. And the indexes of postoperative wound healing time, pain, edema, anal stricture, urine retention in the two groups were observed and compared each other. Results showed that the above mentioned indexes were markedly better in the study group than in the controlled group. It is concluded that the procedure of high and low interdigitating dissection ＆ ligation plus creeping,by-pass dissection ＆ suture can ensure rapid alleviation of pain, definite therapeutic efficacy and no notable complications.
