保留盆腔自主神经的全直肠系膜切除术对直肠癌患者术后排尿功能和性功能的影响

为探讨保留盆腔自主神经（PANP）的全直肠系膜切除术对直肠癌患者术后排尿功能及性功能的影响，回顾分析52例男性DukesA、B期直肠癌患者资料，其中21例行单纯的全直肠系膜切除术（TME，对照组），27例行PANP的TME（治疗组），对比分析两组患者术后自主排尿情况、膀胱残余尿量及性功能情况。结果显示，治疗组患者术后排尿障碍和术后性功能障碍的发生率显著低于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，PANP的TME能较好地保留直肠癌患者术后排尿功能和性功能。

Influence of the Pelvic Autonomic Nerve Preservation in Total Mesorectal Excision on Urination and Sexual Function in Patients with Rectal Carcinoma

The objective of the study was assess the influence of the pelvic autonomic nerve preservation （PANP） in total mesoreetal excision（TME） on urination and sexual function in patients with rectal carcinoma. The clinical data of 52 male patients with rectal carcinoma（Dukes A and B） were analyzed retrospectively. Of the 52 patients,25 had undergone TME（the control group） only,while 27 had undergone PANP in TME（the study group）. The postoperative autonomic urination, residual urine and sexual function were measured, compared and analyzed. As results, the occurrence of postoperative urinary dysfunction and sexu- al dysfunction in the study group was notably reduced than that in the control group（ P 〈0.05）. It is concluded that PANP in TME can effectively protect postoperative urinary and sexual functions.
