摘    要:目的:研究早期教育对婴儿生长发育的影响。方法:采用自行设计的早期教育方案,实验组自胎儿5个月时实行胎教,小儿出生后在医生指导下,由家长按计划对其每天进行训练,另设对照组,定期进行体格发育及精神发育评估,血红蛋白检查,疾病和睡眠等情况监测。在1岁时对两组小儿进行盖塞尔婴幼儿发育量表测试。结果:两组小儿1岁时,体格发育指标无差异,实验组小儿呼吸道感染的次数及天数低于对照组,睡眠情况好于对照组,发育年龄(DA)及发育商(DQ)高于对照组,差异有显著性。结论:早期教育可促进婴儿的智能发育,并能提高机体抵抗力,增进睡眠。

Abstract:To explore the effect of early education on infant growth and development.Compared with control group, the experimental group was trained by their trained parent every day using "The Infant Physical and Mental Exercise" designed by us. regularly we evaluated physical and mental development indicators, disease and sleep condition of two groups. All children aged 1 years were assesed by Gesell scalles of development.In 1 year-old children, there was no difference on items of physical development. The experimental gruop inflammatory condition of the respiratory less than the control group, sleep condition better than the control group, the DA and DQ of the experiment group were higher than the control group There were a signicant difference between the two groups.Conclusions]Early education can promote the development of infant's intelligence and body's resistance, and is useful to facilitate the sleep condition.
