| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刀松解、局部注药、星状神经节阻滞联合电动颈椎牵引与手法整复综合治疗颈椎病的疗效。方法颈椎病患者200例，随机分为两组，A组为综合治疗组，接受针刀、局部注射、星状神经节阻滞联合电动颈椎牵引与手法整复治疗；B组为对照组，单纯电动颈椎牵引与手法整复治疗，随访6个月评定治疗效果。结果治疗组治愈95例，治愈率95％；对照组治愈55例，治愈率55％，两者差异有统计学意义。结论综合治疗颈椎病可以显著提高疗效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of small needle knife,local injection,stellate gan- glion block combined with electric traction and manipulation on cervical spondylosis. Methods Two hundred patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into two groups. In group A（treat- ment group）, the patients were received the comprehensive therapy, including small knife needles, local injections, stellate ganglion block combined with electric traction and manipulation. In group B （control group）, the patients were received the electric traction and manipulative only. The effects were evaluated after six months. Results 95 patients （950//00） and 55 patients（55~） were cured in treatment group and control group respectively （P ~ O. 05）. Conclusion The efficacy of cervical spondylosis can be improved with comprehensive treatment. |
