| 摘 要： | 明代医家肖京阐发命门与元气学说，认为命门是人身之太极，是生命活动的原动力；元气发源于命门，与命门在维持人体生命活动中占有主导地位。元气虚损是致病的根本原因，强调治病求本，固护元气，治疗重在脾肾双补。

| Abstract: | Xiaojing who was a doctor of Miug dynasty explained the vital-gate theory and primordial-qi theory. He thought vital gate is taiji of body and original power of life activity, primordial qi originates form vital gate and makes a leading role in operating life activity with vatal gate. Deficiency of prmordial qi is a ultimate reason to fall ill. Xiaojing emphasized treatment should search for etiological factor and protect primordial qi, it was very improtant to nourish the spleen and kidney. |
