摘    要:长学制医学教育是培养高层次医学人才的主要途径。2001年,作为高校体制改革后首批接受教育部七年制医学教育教学工作评估的2所院校之一,我校结合评估专家组的反馈意见,对医学教育教学工作进行了大幅度的改革。本文旨在通过对我校七年制医学教育教学工作整改的总结,发现和分析不足,为今后我校以及全国开办七年制医学教育的院校、乃至开始试办的八年制医学教育提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:Long schooling of medical education is the main approach to foster medical staff of high quality. Since the start of 7 - year schooling in 1988, the Ministry of Education has been paying much attention to the quality of teaching. As a resuit, the first assessment of quality of teaching was conducted nationwide in 1995. In 2001, as one of the two universities that underwent assessment for the first time after the reform of school system, our university greatly reformed the medical education system. This essay aims to sum up the experience gained in the reform, the disadvantages still existing after the reform, and offer an example for the reform ahead.
