| 摘 要： | 本法纯化的肠毒素有下列特点:1.纯化毒素与粗制毒素对抗血清呈现单一线条,并与标准抗血清完全融合。2.经免疫电泳、等电点聚焦电泳等方法测定其结果与美国制备肠毒素一致。3.本法所纯化的毒素与自然类毒素未分开,其家兔兰斑试验为IBD/0.002μg,回收率达35%,且杀弧菌抑制试验为阴性。

| Abstract: | Toxin of V.cholera 569B Inaba was purified.Our preparation presented the following characteristics:(1)It reacted with the anti-crude-toxin-serum.The precipitating line obtained fused with that of the standard antiserum
perfectly;(2)In immuno-and IEF-electrophoresis,its behavior was identical with that of an American product;(3)The toxin was a mixture of toxin and toxoid.Rabbit skin test was able to detect 1 BD/0.002 g. |
