| 摘 要： | 本文总结高原地区收治185例3岁以下急性阑尾炎病例，对其发病与高海拔的关系，临床特点及转归进行了分析探讨，提出此型阑尾炎尤其是新生儿阑尾炎局部症状不典型，起病急、穿孔早．误诊率高，应仔细观察，反复查体．借助腹腔穿刺、肛门指检、X线、腹部B超等手段，争取早期诊断、早期手术治疗，以减少并发症，降低死亡率，提高治愈率。

| Abstract: | This paper was reported 185 cases of children aged blow 3 years with acute appendicitis in plateau anddiscribed the relationship with the cause,clinical charecteistics and the results,Authors found out that the mortality ishigher than in plain and the early diagnosis is hard to make. It is important that through many kind of clinical examination to guid the treatment. The mortality and complication may be reduced if operation is carried out early in case of diagnosis. |
