情感性精神障碍发病年龄与家族遗传关系的调查研究

目的研究情感性精神障碍发病年龄与家族史的关系。方法用精神疾病家系调查表对住院的病倒重新诊断。对已出院的病人及疑有各种精神疾病的一、二、三级亲属均采用SADS量表及CCMD-2-R诊断标准，进行逐个面检。结果有精神疾病家族史者比无精神疾病家族史的发病年龄提前1．65岁（P＜0．01）。有情感性精神障碍家族史者比患其他精神疾病家族史的发病年龄提前3.35岁（P＜0.01）。父或母亲患情感性精神障碍的患者比父或母亲未患情感性精神障碍者发病年龄提前3．31岁（P＜0．01）。从亲属患病情况发现，一级亲属＞二级亲属＞三级亲属。结论情感性精神障碍的发病年龄与家族遗传有明显的关系。

AN INVESTIGATIVE STUDY OF RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CAUSATIVE AGES AND FAMILIAL HEREDITY IN AFFECTIVE DISORDERS

Objective To observe the relationship between the causative ages andthe family history of affective disorders. Methods The inpatients at present,those whohad been discharged,and the first,second,third-class relatives suspicious of mental disorders were interviewed according to the diagnostic criteria of SADS and CCMD-2-R.Results The attack time of the patients with family history of mental disorders was earlier than that of those without family history by 1. 65 years(P<0. 01). The attack timein the patients with family history of affective disorders was earlier than that of thosewith family history of other kinds of mental disorders by 3. 35years(P<0.01). The attack time of the patients whose fathers or mothers suffered from affective disorders wasearlier than that of those whose fathers or mothers with no mental disorders by 3. 31years(P<0.01). The incidence of the disease decreased gradually with the blood tiesbecoming looser and looser. Conclusion There is a significant correlation between thecausative ages of affective dlsorders and familial heredity.
