沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂对初入高海拔地区青年肺功能的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂对初入高海拔地区青年肺功能的影响。方法:将34名受试者随机分为沙美特罗组(n=18)和对照组(n=16),自海拔1400m历时5天进入5200m,从进入海拔5200m当天开始,沙美特罗组每天早晚各1次吸入沙美特罗替卡松粉1个剂量(沙美特罗100μg,丙酸氟替卡松200μg),连续5天;对照组用同样的方法吸入少量生理盐水。于吸入沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂第5天检测两组受试者的肺功能,检测指标包括FVC、FEV1、FEV1%、MMEF、PEF和MW。结果:沙美特罗组较对照组肺功能指标中,FVC(3.84±0.66)Lvs(3.32±0.54)L],FEV1(3.78±0.62)Lvs(3.25±0.58)L],MMEF(6.36±1.80)L/s vs(5.11±1.23)L/s],PEF(8.99±2.04)L/sVS(7.54±1.88)L/s],MVV(142.30±17.73)Lvs(124.34±21.34)L]显著增高(P〈0.05);FEV1%(97.86±6.06)Lvs(95.82±7.53)L]无显著性变化(P〉0.05)。结论:在高原吸入沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂能提高移居者的肺通气功能。

Abstract:Objective. To estimate the effect of salmeterol on pulmonary function of healthy young men firstly exposed to high altitude. Methods:34 subjects, who were exposed to an altitude of 5 200m (chronometer spot) from 1 400mlasted for 5 days, were assigned to receive salmeterol aspiration (100gg salmeterol+200μg fluticasone propionate, twice/day ) for 5 days (experiment group, n=18) and to receive 0. 9%saline aerosol (control group,n=16) that day. Pulmonary function including FVC, FEV1, FEV1%, MMEF, PEF and MVV was tested on the day 5 post--reatment, Results:As compared with control group, FVC(3. 84±0. 66)L vs (3. 32±0. 54)L], FEV1(3. 78±0. 62) L vs (3. 25±0. 58)L], MMEI1(6. 36±1. 80)L/s vs (5. 11±1. 23)L/s], PEF(8. 99±2. 04)L/s vs (7. 54±1. 88)L/ s],MVV(142. 30±17. 73) L vs (124. 34±21. 34)L]in experiment group were increased significantly (P〈0. 05). Conclusions:Salmeterol can improve lung function of healthy adults acute exposed to high altitude.
