信阳市2008年献血者Rh阴性血型调查报告

目的调查信阳市2008年献血者Rh阴性血型的血清学表型及不规则抗体的检出情况。方法采用血清学方法确定Rh表型，使用凝聚胺介质进行不规则抗体的筛选。结果检测献血者样本20425份，共检出Rh阴性血型49份（约为0．2％），Rh阴性无偿献血者中检出不规则抗体的标本1份（约为2．0％）。结论Rh阴性献血者血清学表型和不规则抗体调查有利于提高输血的安全性。

Subject Investigation on Blood Donors with Rh-negative Blood Type in Xinyang City in 2008

[ Objective ] To investigate the serological phenotype and irregular antibody detection of Rh-negative blood donors of Xinyang City in 2008. [ Methods] Serological methods was used to determine Rh phenotype, polybrene medium was adopted to conduct irregular antibody screening. [ Results] Of 20 245 blood samples, 49 （ approximately O. 2% ） were Rh-negative, 1 （ approximately 2.0 % ） was detected irregular antibodies among blood donors with Rh-negative blood Type. [ Conclusion] Rh-negative blood donors serological phenotype and irregular antibody survey can improve the safety of blood transfusions.
