腭裂修复时间对鼠上颌骨生长发育影响的研究

摘    要:50只2周龄纯种雌性Wistar大鼠随机等量分为5组,即空白对照组及第2、4、6、8周两大瓣腭裂修复手术组。应用定位X线投影测量技术,每隔2周测量1次实验动物上颌骨长、宽、高3个方向的生长发育状况并作比较。结果表明:(1)Wistar大鼠第2~8周有上颌长度的发育高峰,以第2~4周的生长最为迅速;第6~10周有宽度的发育高峰;(2)第2、4、6周的手术严重影响长度发育,且随着手术时间的提前发育障碍加重;(3)各手术组的动物上颌宽度发育亦受到明显影响,但各组间差异无显著性。提示腭裂修复时间是影响上颌发育的重要因素,发育高峰期及在此前的手术会严重影响上颌骨的生长。

Abstract:Fifty purebred 2 week old Wistar rats used in this study were randomly and equally devided into 5 groups which were control group and groups operated at 2nd,4th,6th,8th week. By the means of cephalometric radiograph, three dimensions (lenth, width, height) of the maxilla were gotten every 2 weeks. The results were as follows: 1. The length of maxilla increased rapidly from 2nd to 8th week, even more to 4th week, the width from 6th to 10th week. 2. The rats which were operated at 2nd,4th,6th week had bad length growth, and the earlier the operation performed, the worse the development were. 3. The width of all operated animals developed insufficiently too, but not affected by operating age. So, palatoplasty time was one of the most important factors which affected the maxillary growth and development, operation before the rapid growth had an negative effect.
