低场MR诊断膝关节损伤的价值

摘    要:目的探讨低场MR对膝关节损伤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析260例膝关节损伤MR检查结果,观察其损伤的形态及MR信号特点,并与关节镜下手术或开放手术结果进行对照分析。结果260例膝关节损伤MR检查的患者中,有79例行手术及或关节镜检查。MR检出:前交叉韧带撕裂54例,符合率85.71%(54/63);后交叉韧带23例,符合率92.00%(23/25);半月板122例,符合率86.52%(122/141);内侧副韧带34例,符合率89.47%(34/38);外侧副韧带4例、符合率100%(4/4)。结论MR扫描是一种能够准确诊断膝关节损伤的无创检查方法,为临床制定治疗方案提供可靠依据。

Abstract:Objective To assess the diagnostic value of low field MR imaging on the injury of the knee joint.Methods MR of 260 cases with tendon,menisci and ligament of knee joint who underwent operation or arthroscopy of the knee joint were analyzed retrospectively and compared with arthroscopic finding.Results In 260 patients with the Injury of the knee joint,there were 79 patients were performed operation or arthroscope.The MR results showed that 54cases in anterior cruciate ligament,the coincidence was 85.71%(54/63),23cases in posterior cruciate ligament,the coincidence was 92%(23/25),122cases in menisci,the coincidence was 86.52%(122/141),and 34 cases in medial collateral ligament,the coincidence was 89.47%(34/38),4 cases in lateral collateral ligament,the coincidence was 100%(4/4).Conclusion MR imaging with multiple planes and sequences is an accurate,noninvasive modality to evaluate the injury of the knee joint.It is important for the clinical treatment plan.
