| 摘 要： | 目的 分析挫伤性前房积血的发生情况及其对视功能的影响.方法 对89例90眼挫伤性前房积血及其并发症及同时存在的其他眼外伤治疗经过进行回顾性分析,比较出院和入院时视功能情况.结果 89例的年龄组成以16～30岁为最多占41.5%,31～40岁次之;职业组成以中学生为最多,工人次之;男性明显多于女性;仅1例为双眼,88例为单眼;合并眼部其他外伤65眼占73.03%;入院时视力＜0.05者（盲目）50眼占56.56%;出院时视力＜0.05者4眼占4.44%.结论 单纯前房积血经积极治疗视力恢复较好,其严重的并发症及同时存在的其他眼部外伤是导致视功能低下的主要原因.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the causes of hyphema and its complications on visual function. Methods 89 patients of contusive hyphema were retrospectively studied. Results Patients in 16-30 years acounted for the major propotion in all 89 trauma; teenagers and students were the major occupation and more boys than girls. 88 patients sufferd one eye tauma. Conclusions The visual acuity in patients of hyphema have better recovery, and the main cause of the worse visual function is its serve complication and the other simultaneous trauma. |
