| Abstract: | AIM To introduce the application of software SPSS 10.0 in calculation of LD 50.METHODS] The test data were taped and analyzed directly under the Windows condition.RESULTS]The parameter estimates,probit analysis and line graphs in probit transformed respomses were output automatically.CONCLUSION]The calculation of LD 50with SPSS is simple, rapid, visual and convenient. |
