膀胱结石并发膀胱鳞状细胞癌（附六例报告）

目的：膀胱结石并发膀胱鳞状细胞癌较为少见，对其病因、诊断与治疗作一总结。方法：对６例膀胱结石并发膀胱鳞状细胞癌的病例，分别从术前诊断、术中发现及预后情况作一分析。结果：本文中有２例患者分别作膀胱部分膀胱切除和全膀胱切除术，至今尚存活，其余４例均死于恶性肿瘤。膀胱结石并发膀胱鳞状细胞部的预后较差，因大多数患者在被诊断为该病时病情已恶化。术前放疗可能会减少盆腔转移，但化疗无效。结论：膀胱结石并发膀胱鳞

Urinary bladder stone with squamous cell carcinoma(report of 6 cases)

Objective:The urinary bladder stone with squamous cell carcinoma is rare.The authors tried to summa- rize its etiology,diagnosis and treatment.Method:Analysis of preoperative.diagnosis,operative findings and prognosis of the disease in six case were madeo.Results:One each of them were performed partial cystectomy and radical cystecto- my,respectively are still alive.Four died of malignancy.Early diagnosis is very difficult because of coexistent chronic urinary infection and bladder stone.In general,the prognosis of urinary bladder stone with squamous cell carcinoma is poor because most of them were already advanced at the time of diagnosis.Preoperative radiation therapy may protect a- gainst pelvic recurrence,but chemotherapy is in effcctive.Conclusion:Malignancy of urinary bladder with stone.had a poor prognosis with high mortality,early diagnosis is very important.
