病毒性肝炎相关性骨髓抑制：附27例报告

目的：探讨病毒性肝炎对骨髓造血功能的影响。方法：检测肝功能、免疫学、血液学、骨髓象或活检，对２７例肝炎伴骨髓抑制患者，其中１７例再障（ＡＡ），１０例纯红再障（ＰＲＣＡ）进行临床分析。结果：２７例住院患者中急性肝炎１２例，慢性肝炎８例，淤胆型３例，重症型肝炎４例。骨髓抑制属急性２１例、慢性６例．病毒检测示ＨＡＶＩｇＭ：ＡＡ１３／１３例（－），ＰＲＣＡ５／１０例（＋）。ＨＲＶＭ：ＡＡ７／１７例（＋），

Viral hepatitis associated bone marrow depression(27 cases)

Objectives:To explore the relationship between viral hepatitis and bone marow function.Methods:27 cases of hepatitis with bone marrow depression diagnosed by liver function,immunologic and hematologic changes,mar- row smear and/or biopsy were analysed.17 cases were aplastic anemia(AA).10 were pure red cell aplasia(PRCA). Results:27 cases of hepatitis associated with bone marrow depression were admitted in this hospital among a total of 55935 cases of hepatitis.12 were acute hepatitis,8 chronic hepatitis,3 intrahepatic cholestasis and 4 severe viral hepati- tis.Among these,21 were acute marrow depression,6 were chronic.Serologic tests showed negative anti-HAV IgM in all 13 cases of AA,5 positive in 10 cases of PRCA and HBVM positive in 7/17 of AA.3/10 in PRCA.The symptoms onset were fever,anemia and bleeding.Conclusion:As viral hepatitis can cause depression of bone marrow,it shouldbe diagnosed and treated timely and properly.
