摘    要:目的:研究1型糖尿病患者血清胰岛细胞抗体(ICA)和外周血T淋巴细胞亚群变化以及其与胰岛功能的相关性。方法:测定53例1型糖尿病患者ICA、外周血淋巴细胞亚群和血清C肽水平,结果:ICA阳性率为50.9%;1型糖尿病患者CD3和CD8均高于正常人,CD4低于正常人,但无统计学意义,CD4/CD比值明显低于正常人;ICA阳性者CD7明显高于正常人,CD4、CD4/CD8比值明显低于正常人;21例病程

Abstract:Objective:To study the correlation between ICAs and peripheral T cell subsets and their islet function in 53 type 1 diabetic patients.Methods:Peripheral T cell subsets, ICA and C peptide of 53 type 1 diabetic patients were determined.Results:The prevalence of ICAs in diabetic patients was 50 9%(27/53),the CD3 and CD8 counts of diabetic patients were higher than those of normal subjects, while CD4 of diabetic patients was lower(P<0 05),CD8 of 21 diabetic patients with disease duration less than 1 yr was significantly higher than that of normal (P<0 05),the ratio of CD4/CD8 was significantly lower than that of normal subjects (P<0 05).The C-peptide level of 27 diabetic patients with ICA was markedly low er than that of diabetics with ICA ,(P<0 05),the insulin dependence of diabetics with ICA (85 2%)was more than that of diabetics with ICA- (50 0%).Conclusion:The data of this article suggest that there are significant abnormality of humoral mediated and cell mediated immunity in early type 1 diabetic patients which is closely correlated with their islet function.
