| 摘 要： | 目的：为研究氨基酸强化温血停搏液诱导停跳和主动脉开放前再灌注对未成熟心肌保护的效果。方法：１８只新西兰幼兔（３￣４周，体重０．４５￣０．５５ｋｇ），随机分成３组。Ｉ组：冷血停搏液组（ｎ＝６）；Ⅱ组：温血诱导及再灌注血停搏液组（ｎ＝６）；Ⅲ组：温血诱导及再灌注血停搏液加天门冬氨酸和谷氨酸强化组（ｎ＝６）。于缺血前后测定心功能、复灌后取心肌组织作含水量测定和心肌结构电镜观察，收集冠脉液作心肌醇测定。结
