| 摘 要： | 研究大肠癌和胆囊结石病的相关性。方法：回顾性分析１９９４年６月到１９９６年５月所诊治的２５８例大肠癌病人的临床资料。结果：２５８例大肠癌病人有９例误诊为胆囊结石，并按误诊修正时间分为三类。

| Abstract: | Objective:The aim of the article is to emphasize the potential misdiagnostic risk of colonic cancerwith co- existed gallstones.Methods:A retrospective study during a period from June 1994to May 1996 ,was made on 2 5 8 colonic cancer patients.Results:A misdiagnostic rate of 3.49% (9/ 2 5 8) of colonic cancer with gallstones was found. There were three patients misdiagnosed before admission,two before operation and four after operation.Conclusions: The high incidence of coexistence of the two diseases and the etiologic factor in both gallstones and colonic cancershoulld heighten the awareness of the clinicians. |
