胫骨平台后外侧粉碎性骨折的治疗

目的介绍一种治疗胫骨平台后外侧粉碎性骨折的方法。方法对18例胫骨平台后外侧粉碎性骨折的患者，采用后外侧切口入路，应用钢板螺丝钉内固定，在医生的指导下行康复锻炼。结果18例全部骨性愈合，无切口感染、皮肤坏死，无内固定移位或断裂，按照Lysholm膝关节评分标准，18例患者术后1年时的评分平均92分，膝关节活动度平均为120°。结论对于胫骨平台后外侧粉碎性骨折，采用后外侧切口可充分显露，复位后应用钢板螺丝钉内固定，术后在医生的指导下行康复锻炼，可取得理想的效果。

The treatment on posterolateral comminuted fracture of tibial plateau

Objective Introduction one method on treatment posterolateral comminuted fracture of tibial plateau.Methods we had treated 18 patients with posterolateral comminuted fracture of tibial plateau,to whom we all used posterolateral incision and used steel plate and screws to fix,then rehabilitation exercises under direct of doctor.Results Fracture of those 18 patients all had been healed, had no infection.no skin necrosis,no fixation shift and fixation fracture,use lysholm knee function score standards,the score of those 18 patients is average 92 and the knee activity angle is average 120°. Conclusions To those special type fracture of posterolateral comminuted fracture of tibial plateau, use posterolateral incision can fully revealed the fracture, reset the fracture, to fix with steel plate and screw.After operation,rehabilitation exercises under direct of doctor,the treatment affect was ideal.
