| 摘 要： | 目的比较瓜蒂散与阿朴吗啡戒酒的疗效。方法利用瓜蒂散和阿朴吗啡的催吐作用,分别对30例酒依赖者进行厌恶疗法戒酒。观察并比较两组患者治疗后是否建立条件反射,不良反应和半年戒断率。结果两组患者均建立了条件反射。瓜蒂散组患者中,16例出现腹泻,但无需做特殊处理。两组患者半年戒断率间差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论瓜蒂散戒酒疗效与阿朴吗啡相当,但其价格低廉,服药方便,更有利于临床推广使用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To contrast the curative effect of Guadi powder and apomorphine in treatment of withdrawal from alcohol.Methods With their emetic action Guadi powder and apomorphine,were used as aversion therapy to treat 30 alcohol-addicted patients respectively,and whether a conditional reflex was established,untoward reaction and withdrawal rate in a half year of the patients in the two groups were comparatively observed.Results A conditional reflex was established in all patients in both groups.However 16 patients in Guadi powder group had diarrhea,but no special treatment was needed.There was a significant difference in withdrawal rate in half year between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Guadi powder is similar with Apomorphine in effect to alcohol withdrawal,and it is cheap so that it conducive to be popularized clinically. |
