| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨脑结核的CT征象及CT对脑结核的诊断和分型价值。方法:对临床资料、脑脊液实验室检查、症状和体征综合判断为脑结核的47例住院患者进行CT头颅平扫及增强扫描。结果:本组47例脑结核患者CT影像改变的共40例,检出率85.1％,按照结核病变部位分为脑膜型13例,脑实质型10例及混合型17例。并对脑结核CT分型诊断与病理对照进行讨论。结论:CT检查能为脑结核的病变部位,累及范围,病理形态提供准确的定位及定性诊断依据。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the CT imaging of tuberculosis of brain, explore the diagnostic and classified value of tuberculosis of brain with CT imaging. Methods: Plain and enhanced CT scans were performed in 47 cases with tuberculosis of brain confirmed by clinic and laboratory examination of CSF. Results: CT images were abnormal in 40 cases. The detectability rate was 85 .1 % .10 cases were the type of brain substance, 13 cases were meningeal type and 17 cases were mixed type. The CT imagings contrasting with pathological types were discussed. Conclusion: CT examination can provide correct evidences of location, ascertaining the extent and qualitative diagnosis of tuberculosis of brain. |
