摘    要:目的:观察成牙本质细胞突在牙本质小管中的分布。方法:取24颗无龋或釉质龋的恒前磨牙,20颗免疫组化染色,4颗扫描电镜观察。结果:阳性染色的波形蛋白结构在牙本质小管内呈连续较直的长条状。在冠部至釉牙本质界,在根部达牙本质小管末端。其分布趋势是从牙本质内层到外层逐渐减少,阳性表达程度逐渐减弱。扫描电镜观察成牙本质细胞突达釉牙本质界。结论:成牙本质细胞突贯穿牙本质全层达牙本质小管末端。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the relationship between the odontoblast process and the dentinal tubules.Methods: Twenty-four premolars,all caries-free or only slightly decayed,were extracted.twenty premolars were used for immunohistochemical study.Four premolare were used for scanning electron microscopic study.Results: The positive extent of vimentin was evident in an intratubular location,along the primary currature of the dentinal tubules and appeared as long continuous bodis.It extended to the dentino-cemental junction to the root dentin and the dentino-enamal junction at the coronal dentin.The tendency to the odontoblast process distribution was very rich in inner 1/3 part of the dentin,and gradually decressed outwards.The extent of positive labelling was also gradually weakened outwards.The odontoblast processes extended to the dentino-enamal junction in the scanning electron .Conclusion: The odontoblast processes extend to the end of the dentinal tubules
