磷酸化血小板衍生生长因子受体-α在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的探讨磷酸化血小板衍生生长因子受体-α(P-PDGFR-α)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及与其发展、转移的关系。方法共525例NSCLC患者纳入研究。运用Envision免疫组织化学法检测各患者组织标本中P-PDGFR-α的表达情况。结果525例患者中,42例P-PDGFR-α呈阳性(阳性率8.0%)。男女患者间及各年龄组患者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),292例鳞癌患者中21例呈阳性(阳性率7.2%),222例腺癌标本中21例呈阳性(阳性率9.5%),11例腺鳞癌组织中均无阳性表达,三者之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);P-PDGFR-α在低分化NSCLC患者中的表达显著高于高分化及中分化NSCLC的表达(P<0.05);266例手术大标本中,有淋巴结转移的145例患者中26例呈阳性(阳性率18.0%),而无淋巴结转移的121例患者中8例呈阳性(阳性率6.7%),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论(1)P-PDGFR-α可能与NSCLC的发展和转移有关;(2)P-PDGFR-α在NSCLC中的表达与年龄、性别、NSCLC病理学类型无关。

The expression and clinical significance of P-PDGFR-α in non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of phospho-platelet derived growth factor receptor-alpha（P-PDGFR-α） in non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）, and the role of P-PDGFR-α in the progression and metastasis of NSCLC. Methods The expression of P-PDGFR-α in 525 samples of NSCLC was detected using the method of Envision immunohistochemical staining. Results There were 42 samples with the expression of P- PDGFR-α in 525 samples of NSCLC （positive rate 8.0% ）.There was rio significant difference between male and female patients in P-PDGFR-α expression（ P 〉 0.05）. There was no significant difference among different age in P- PDGFR-a expression （ P 〉 0.05） either. There were 21 samples with the expression of P-PDGFR-α in 293 squamous cell carcinoma（SCC） patients（ positive rate 7.2% ）, 21 samples expression in 222 adenocarcinoma （positive rate 9.5% ）, and none sample expression in 11 adenosquamous carcinoma patients. There was no significant difference existed among them in P-PDGFR-α expression（ P 〉 0.05）;The expression of P-PDGFR-α in high-grade and moderategrade NSCLCs were much lower than that in low-grade NSCLCs （ P 〈 0.05）. There.were 266 bronchoscope samples, 26 samples with the expression of P-PDGFR-α in 145 patients who had lymph node metastasis（ positive rate 18.0% ）, and 8 samples express it in 121 patients who had no metastasis （positive rate 6.7% ）, there were significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion （ 1 ） P-PDGFR-α may be related with the progression and metastasis of NSCLC. （ 2 ） The expression of P-PDGFR-α is irrelevant to gender, age and the pathological types.
