摘    要:目的:探讨热应激时锌对超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。方法:以SD大鼠制备热应激模型,测定以不同浓度的锌饲料喂养的大鼠在热应激的不同时间肝脏、大脑皮质SOD活性。结果:热应激后大鼠SOD活性升高,持续应激后SOD活性下降;高、中锌组SOD活性明显高于低锌组。结论:充足的锌能够通过增强SOD活性而提高机体热耐受力。

Abstract:Objective:To Study the effects of zinc on the superoxide dismutase(SOD) activities in heat stressed rats.Methods:The SOD activities were tested in heat stressed rats of high zinc,normal zinc and low zinc groups.Results:The activities of SOD in rats increased at the beginning of the heat stress,and decreased then.There was no significant difference of the activities of SOD in rats between high zinc group and normal zinc group,but the activities of SOD of both high zinc group and normal zinc group were markedly higher than those of low zinc group.Conclusion:Sufficient zinc suppplement could enhance the heat tolerance of rats through increase of the activities of SOD.
