上标油指纹图谱的研究

摘    要:目的建立上标油色谱指纹图谱。方法应用毛细管气相色谱法,程序升温,并以萘为参照物.以相对保留时阍与相对峰面积为参数,建立10批样品的GC指纹图谱。结果标示出20个共有峰,其中主要峰的相对峰面积恒定。结论该法准确、精密度高、重现性好、可用于上标油的质量控制。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish the CGC fingerprint of flavonoids in Siang Pure oil METHODS CGS fingerprint of ten samples were established with tetramethylsulphonium hydroxide,the naphthalene was used as internal standard,the relative migration time and the relative peak area were used as paramemeters. RESULTS 20 peaks occurred on the CGC fingerprint and the relative peak area was invariablenseCONCLUSION The method is accurate and precise with a good reproducibility,and it could be used for quality control of Siang Pure oil.
