| 摘 要： | 麻黄细辛附子汤功用助阳解表,仲景主要用于治疗太少两感证。认为主要作用是温经散寒、除痹止痛。可以用于治疗风湿病,但究其病机总属阳气虚损,寒阻经脉,气血运行不畅,脉络受阻,不通则痛。从中医机理、现代药理、临床运用等多方面对麻黄细辛附子汤治疗风湿病进行了探讨,为运用麻黄细辛附子汤治疗风湿病提供科学依据。
