| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定麝香跌打风湿膏中水杨酸甲酯含量的方法。方法采用气相色谱法测定方中水杨酸甲酯的含量。结果水杨酸甲酯的线性范围为0.021796～1.0898mg.ml-1（r=0.99993）;平均回收率为101.42%（RSD=2.9%,n=9）。结论本法操作简便、准确,专属性强,重复性好,能有效控制麝香跌打风湿膏的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for determining the content of Methyl salicylate in Shexiangdiedafengshi adhesive plaster. Methods Methyl salicylate could be determined by GC. Results The linear range for Methyl salicylate was 0. 021796 ～ 1. 0898 mg/ml（ r = 0. 99993） . The average recovery rate was 101. 42% （ RSD = 2. 9% ,n = 9） . Conclusion The method reported in this paper are easy to operate,which can provide accurate and reproducible results,and can be used for the quality control of Shexiangdiedafengshi adhesive plaster. |
