| 摘 要： | 目的:总结硝普钠、艾司洛尔用于嗜铬细胞瘤切除手术麻醉期的处理经验。方法:分析18例嗜铬细胞瘤手术病人在术中使用硝普钠和艾司洛尔后HR、MAP、CVP的变化。结果:使用硝普钠、艾司洛尔后各时间点血流动力学波动不大,与入室前基础值相比差异无显著性。结果:硝普钠、艾司洛尔用于嗜铬细胞瘤手术安全有效,能保持血流动力学稳定。

| Abstract: | objective:To summarize the experiences of perianesthesia management of pheochromocytoma treated with sodium nitvoprusside and esmolol.Methods:HR,SBP,DBP,MAP,CVP of 18 patients with pheochromocytoma treated with sodium nitroprusside and esmolol during anesthesia induction and operation were analysed.Results:Hemodynamiscs of the patients during operation were kept steady,and the difference were not significant compared with the hasic data.Conclusion:Sodium nitroprusside.And Esmolol are safe and eflective when applied in pheochromocytoma resection for the cardiorascular effects can be prevented and hemodynamics can be kept steady. |
