GE3.0T扩散加权成像高b值在前列腺癌和非癌组织中的诊断价值

目的：通过对前列腺中央带及外周带ADC值分析,研究其在前列腺癌和非癌组织中的诊断价值。方法：对43例前列腺疾病分类,分为增生组和癌变组,并选取正常对照组,b=1 500 s/mm2。并对正常组、增生组和癌变组的ADC值进行统计学分析。结果：GE3.0T扩散加权成像技术高b值得出的前列腺癌变的ADC值明显低于正常和增生的ADC值,其间比较差异有统计学意义;前列腺中央带和外周带癌变的ADC值差异无统计学意义。结论：GE3.0T扩散加权成像选用高b值得出的ADC值分析结果表明前列腺癌和非癌组织有明显差异,更助于诊断前列腺癌。

High b-values of diffusion-weighted MR Imaging in diagnosis of prostate cancerous and non-cancerous regions by GE3.0T

Objective： Through the central zone of the prostate peripheral zone and the ADC value analysis,research in prostate cancer and non cancer diagnosis.Methods： 43 cases of prostate disease classification,divided into two groups and the proliferation of cancer group,and selected the normal control group,b=1 500 s/mm2.And the normal group,hyperplasia group and cancer group,ADC values were analyzed statistically.Results： GE3.0T high-b diffusion-weighted imaging of prostate cancer worth the ADC was significantly lower than ADC values of normal and proliferation,during which there was significant difference;prostate central zone and peripheral zone cancer was no significant difference between ADC values.Conclusion： GE3.0T high-b diffusion-weighted imaging should be selected out of analysis showed that ADC values of prostate cancer and non-cancer tissues are significantly different,but also help to diagnose prostate cancer.
