| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨利多卡因用于早孕人工流产术中应用的临床效果。方法:选择自愿要求行无痛人工流产术的早期妊娠患者112例,将患者随机分为实验组(66例)和对照组(46例),实验组患者手术前于宫颈3点及9点处注射2%利多卡因各2.5ml,对照组给予静脉注射异丙酚。结果:利多卡因有明显的镇痛、镇静效果,副作用少。结论:利多卡因用于人工流产术中,其镇痛、镇静效果良好,且安全性高,副作用少。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical effect in early artificial abortion operation with lidocaine.Methods:112 cases early pregnancy patients who were willing to be made by painless artificial abortion operation were selected.The patients were randomly assigned to experimental group 66 cases and control group 46 cases.Experimental group was given 2% lidocaine 2.5 ml at 3∶00 and 9∶00 o'clock of cervix before operation.Control group was treated with intravenous injection of propofol.Results:Lidocaine had obviously analgesic,sedative effect and few adverse effects.Conclusion:Lidocaine used in artificial abortion operation has good anesthesia,analgesic,sedative effect,high security and few adverse effects. |
