| 摘 要： | 目的：总结烧伤湿性医疗技术（MEBT／MEBO）治疗中小面积浅Ⅱ度～深Ⅱ度烧伤的临床治疗经验。方法：对251例各类不同部位的20％TBSA以下的浅Ⅱ度～深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果：251例烧伤创面全部愈合，未留瘢痕。结论：MEBT／MEBO治疗中小面积Ⅱ度烧伤，操作简单，疗效显著，创面愈合快，容易掌握，使用方便，是治疗中小面积烧伤的理想之法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To summarize clinical experience of MEBT/MEBO in treating burns of moderate and small area with superficial Ⅱ or deep Ⅱ degree. Method： Retrospective reviewing was carried out, in which 251 cases of burn patients who had less than 20% TBSA with superficial Ⅱ degree or deep Ⅱ degree burn in different sites were reviewed. Result： All of the 251 cases were healed with no scar formation. Conclusion： MEBT/MEBO is an ideal treatment method of treating moderate and small area burns with Ⅱ degree burn since it shows remarkable efficacy, simpler operation, shorter wound healing time and easy to use on treating. |
