| 摘 要： | 目的通过对26例CT引导下125^I粒子植入治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的术前、术中、术后的护理及临床观察，初步探索和总结临床护理经验。方法对实施该手术的患者进行术前心理护理、皮肤准备，术中及术后并发症进行相应对症处理。结果术后26例患者125^I粒子植入成功率100％，术后瘤体不同程度缩小，效果较好，从而提高了患者的生存质量。结论CT引导下125^I粒子植入治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的技术是一种安全、有效的新技术，但细致、周到的护理也是手术成功的重要保证。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the perioperative nusing care of CT-guided 125^I seed implantation for treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Method： Preoperative psychological care, skin preparation and symptomatic treatment acording to intraoperative and postoperative complications were provided. Result： The success rate of 125^I seed implantation was 100%,the volume of tumor shrinked in varying degrees, thus the guality of patients lives was improved. Conclusion： CT-guided 125^I seed implantation for advanced non-small cell lung cancer is a safe, effective new technology, and careful and thoughtful surgical care is also important for success. |
