低分子肝素钙治疗抗磷脂抗体所致复发性流产

目的 :探讨低分子肝素钙治疗因抗磷脂抗体所致复发性流产的疗效及对孕妇血液中抗体的影响。方法 :将 4 8例 ,年龄 (32±s 10 )a ,因抗磷脂抗体所致复发性流产病人 ,分为研究组 2 4例 (给予低分子肝素钙 )和对照组 2 4例 (给阿司匹林加泼尼松 )。观察 2组治疗前后抗磷脂抗体的含量和妊娠结局。结果 :研究组中 ,活产 2 3例 ,活产率 96 % ,对照组活产 19例 ,活产率 79% ,差异无显著意义(P >0 .0 5 )。研究组中 17例抗体被清除 ,清除率71% ,对照组 2 9% ,差异有非常显著意义(P <0 .0 1)。结论 :低分子肝素钙对抗磷脂抗体所致的复发性流产病人的抗体清除效果显著

Low-molecular weight heparin calcium in treatment of recurrent abortion induced by anti-phospholipid antibody

AIM: To explore the effect of low-molecular weight heparin calcium in treating recurrent abortion induced by anti-phospholipid antibody and the influence of the antibodies in gravida blood. METHODS: Forty-eight patients with the symptom of recurrent abortion induced by anti-phospholipid antibodies were divided into the study group ((n=24)) and the control group (n=24). The patients of the study group received low-molecular weight heparin calcium and the patients of the control group received aspirin and predinisone. The pregnancy outcome and the volume of anti-phospholipid antibodies of two groups were observed. RESULTS: In study group, 23 patients were in live birth. The rate of live birth was 96 % not significantly higher than that in control group ((79 %)) (P>0.05). The rate of eliminating of antibody was 71 % significantly higher than control group (29 %) (P<0.01). CNOCLUSION: The effect of eliminating antibody of low-molecular weight heparin calcium for recurrent abortion induced by anti-phospholipid antibodies is remarkable.
