马尔尼菲青霉菌酵母相生化及药敏分析

摘    要:目的:研究马尔尼菲青霉菌野生株和人感染株酵母相生化及药敏特性。方法:14株野生菌株和16株人感染株马尔尼菲青霉菌酵母相分别进行生化和抗真菌药药敏检测,分析其生化反应特点。结果:全部菌株均能同化葡萄糖、海藻糖、赤藓醇、麦芽糖和纤维二糖,均不能利用硝酸盐且尿素酶试验均阴性,野生株和人感染株生化反应总体无差异(P>0.05)。抗真菌药的敏感率由高到低依次为伊曲康唑、5-氟胞嘧啶、氟康唑、酮康唑和两性霉素B。人感染株对两性霉素B敏感性低于野生株(t=191.5,P<0.05)。结论:马尔尼菲青霉菌野生株和人感染株生化表型基本相同;在临床治疗马尔尼菲青霉菌感染时,应根据抗真菌药敏测试调整用药。

Abstract:Objective: To determine the biochemistry characteristics and drug sensitivity of yeast form of wild-type and human-type penicillium marneffei.Methods: Biochemical tests and antifungal drug sensitivity tests were applied in 14 wild-type isolates and 16 human-type isolates respectively.The characteristics of biochemical reaction of the two types of isolates were analyzed.Results: All isolates could assimilate glucose,trehalose,maltose,erythritol and cellobiose.None isolates was urease positive and assimilate nitrate.There was no difference in biochemical reaction between wild-type and human-type penicillium marneffei(P>0.05).The drug sensitive in an order from high to low was itraconazole,5-flurocytosine,fluconazole,ketoconazole and amphotericin B.Human-type isolates were less sensitive to amphotericin B than wild-type isolates(P<0.05).(Conclusion): The wild-type and human-type penicillium marneffei have almost the same biochemical phenotype.The treatment should be adjusted according to the antifungal drug sensitivity test.
